After our 4 year old Golden Retriever, Riggs, was diagnosed with cancer, saying goodbye was one of the most difficult things our family has experienced.  As a quilter, I needed to express the joy our Riggs brought us through a quilt.  After searching and searching, I found the  Fabric Photo Play book by Julia C. Wood.  "Sweet Riggs" was my first attempt quickly  followed by "Silly Riggs"!  I have enjoyed the Fabric Photo Play technique, and must admit, I am hooked!  Now I want to share this technique with you!

The Fabric Photo Play technique is a "no sew" technique.  
It is a raw edge fusible applique project. 
Fabric Photo Play is a process and 2 days will be needed to complete your quilt top!

Group and Guild Two Day Workshops  $600.00
2-3 hours day one, trunk show
4-6 hours day two
Access to a print shop capable of blue print size copies
between days is required

Quilt Shop Workshops
maximum #of students is dependant upon the classroom size. 
Fees for instruction can be discussed.

Workshops at The Harbor Star
Maximum 8 guesting students
Instruction,  kits and 2 night stay provided in fee to be
determined at the time of reservation
Students are responsible for fabric and there will be time to shop
at The Cotton Patch Quilt Shop! (student discount)

Classroom Requirements
Each student will require a maximum of 6' x 3' of work space.  The work space can be divided between table space 36" x 36" and smooth wall space 36" x 36"

I will supply you with the supply lists needed for the class.    Students or host will be responsible to ensure that students have all supplies needed.  I can provide the Fabric Photo Play Book and work kit for an additional cost. 
Students will be responsible for fabric.
