My "Legend of Love" quilt pattern is my tribute to Michigan's Sleeping Bear Dunes, voted the Most Beuatiful Place in America by Good Morning America 2011. 3 Bear's Paw blocks represent the Mother Bear and her 2 Cubs in the Ojibway Legend of the Sleeping Bear. I chose a blue batik to represent the waters of Lake Michigan and a bear print for the blocks. This pattern can easily be adapted to reflect a trip to the zoo, a camping or a hunting trip by changing the color of the background. $9.00
